TITANby BridgeIT Solutions
TITAN reads your full eClinicalWorks or NextGen database. Type a question in plain English, or open a report, and click any number to reach the patients, claims and transactions behind it. Convene, TITAN's clinical AI, reviews a patient's chart with the provider. It all runs inside your network. No patient data goes to an outside AI service.
612 of 3,948 diabetic patients (15.5%) had a last A1c over 9%. Another 204 have no A1c on file this year. That's down from 17.9% at this point last year.

Built-in AI
Ask about patients, visits, payers or measures the way you'd ask an analyst. TITAN shows the answer, which data it read, and the list behind every count.
Pick a patient and ask a clinical question. Convene separates documented facts from possible associations, and lists the must-not-miss conditions. Every point links back to the chart. Meet Convene →
Rule packs scan every night for denied revenue that was never worked, care gaps, unmapped providers and missing data, and list exactly which records need attention.
Built for your EHR
BridgeIT has mapped every data table in eClinicalWorks and NextGen. TITAN starts from that map, so your reports use all of your data and not a vendor's short list of fields. Editions for Veradigm and athenahealth are in development, and we map other EHRs on request.
Formerly Allscripts. BridgeIT already maps its practice management financials, and the clinical map is under way.
For practices on athenaOne. Built on athena's own reporting data, so you keep the same drill-to-the-record reports.
If your data lives in a SQL database or a vendor warehouse, we can map it. Ask us about yours.
Beyond reporting
Some of the hardest work at a health center isn't a standard report. It's the list a program, a payer or an outage suddenly demands, built from data the EHR doesn't put in one place. We build those, and then we keep them running.
TITAN CP is a separate, red-branded downtime chart. Your designated administrator switches it on during an outage and off when the EHR is back, so staff still know who is on the schedule and what is in the chart.
Adults on managed Medicaid who may lose coverage under new work requirements, filtered by plan, age and FPL, with phone and address for outreach.
Eligible patients, prescribers, locations and encounters pulled together for 340B self-audits and contract pharmacy reviews.
State, grant and payer program requirements reported from the full EHR map, so nobody has to count by hand.
If a program asks for data your EHR won't report, ask us. Most of these start as one list and end up as a scheduled report.
Tell us what you needA UDS cell, an aging bucket or a denial count opens to the list of patients or claims behind it, and from there to the individual record.
TITAN installs inside your network and reads a nightly copy of your database. Patient data never leaves the building, and access mirrors the rights staff already have in the EHR.
Financial reports are reconciled to your practice management system before they go live, so the board report and the billing office agree.
